learnnfocus.com is an android application which is part of ERP and learning solution Software-as-a-Service platform provided to educational institutions. This service is provided by iBL EPP Dev at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information upon Institution and its staff and students signing up with us to use SaaS and mobile application.

For a better experience, while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to those that are required to identify, authenticate, and operate our SaaS. • Mobile application hosting providers (in collecting device and user authentication credentials such as google account id, mobile phone device details such as IMEI etc)

• Concerned educational institution who have purchased our SaaS platform license to operate their institution processes and provides user credentials to login to this application.

The mobile application uses third party services which may collect information used to identify you to provide mobile application services such as Google play store.

Log Information

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Information. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

We do not collect any student personally identifiable information in the mobile application. Our SaaS platform enables the educational institutions to operate the processes such as in an ERP integrated system, and those data is maintained in highly secure data environment on Microsoft Azure. These data are access driven and known, accessed only by relevant educational institutions, and we do not handle, modify, access or utilize any of this information, but we secure the data and its availability is strictly as per access rules.

Even in a case where that is added by third party proivders such as mobile application hosting providers, If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using our mobile application. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

We do not collect any student personally identifiable information in the mobile application. All data collected on SaaS platform and operated are by and for educational institution’s purpose. Our SaaS platform does not collect any sensitive information such as health records, mental health concerns, sexual behaviour, abuse records etc.,

Platform Public Forums

When you use certain features on our website like the discussion forums and you post or share your personal information such as comments, messages, files, photos, will be available to all users, and will be remain within the SaaS application. All such sharing of information is done at your own risk. Please keep in mind that if you disclose personal information in your profile or when posting on the forums this information may become publicly available to other users within the application.

How Long Do We Retain User Data?

Currently, we plan to retain user data while an account is active and for at least three years afterward. We may alter this practice according to legal and business requirements. For example, we may lengthen the retention period for some data if needed to comply with law or voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, we may shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to free up storage space.
